When on the main website-delegates will be required to put the code provided into the "Promocode" box prompt.   All rooms not booked via the code or booked on third party sites cannot avail of this pricing.    *Please note: Delegates cannot book these rooms over the phone, so it is important to stress on the email sent to delegates that they need to book online only.

 

Booking/Cancellation Policy- Promocode Block 

Bedrooms will be held under a promotional code block until four weeks prior to arrival.  After this point, any unreserved rooms may be released at the hotel’s discretion.  The final release date for rooms held under the promotional code is two weeks prior to arrival, after which all remaining rooms will be released for general sale and any subsequent bookings will be subject to availability and the best available rates.   Cancellations for rooms booked under the promotional code may be made up to 12pm on the day prior to arrival.   Cancellations received after this deadline, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation
